Description
Did you know ? Rockmelons are sometimes called cantaloupe melons because they were first cultivated near Cantalupo in Italy, in the mid-18th century. Select rock melons with a sweet aroma and a pronounced netting on their skin. Background colour should be beige to golden. One of our favourite ways to eat a rock melon is to ; Cut each rock melon half into 12 small wedges. Wrap 1 basil leaf and a slice of prosciutto around each rock melon wedge then drizzle with some caramelised balsamic vinegar.Country of origin
